Novena University Set to Hold 5th Combined Convocation Ceremony: Everything You Need to Know

Novena University is preparing for a grand occasion as it announces its 5th Combined Convocation Ceremony. This event will celebrate the achievements of graduates spanning six academic sessions, from 2018 to 2024. Important Information for Graduands

Gown Collection:

Graduands are required to collect their gowns starting from Wednesday, 22nd January 2025. Be sure to follow these steps to ensure a smooth experience:

  1. Report to the Secretary to the Registrar upon arrival at the campus. Provide your full name, phone number, department, and signature for registration.
  2. Gown Collection: After registration, you will receive a slip. Present the slip to Mr. Monday or Mr. Dike at the gown collection store to receive your gown.
  3. Arrive Early: Ensure you arrive at the convocation ground before the procession begins to ensure you are properly seated and ready for the ceremony.

Graduands are encouraged to follow all guidelines to ensure the smooth flow of the event.
