NIPES Scholarships: Empowering Future Engineers and Scientists with ₦1,000,000 in Awards
The Nigeria Institution of Professional Engineers and Scientists (NIPES) is offering an incredible opportunity to support students pursuing careers in science and engineering. With a total of ₦1,000,000 available, NIPES will award ₦200,000 each to five deserving students.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the NIPES Scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited higher institution.
- Be studying a course in science or engineering.
- Be in your 100-level or above.
- Complete at least one free NIPES online course and include a description of the skills you gained in your personal statement.
Selection Criteria
The selection process will focus on the following:
- NIPES student membership status.
- The quality and content of your personal statement.
- Your passion for engineering or science.
- Completion of a NIPES course and an explanation of how it has helped you develop relevant skills.
- Your alignment with the core values and mission of NIPES.

- Complete a free online course of your choice from the NIPES courses page.
- Write a personal statement (500-750 words) explaining the skills you learned from the course and how these skills apply to your academic and career goals. Include proof of enrollment, your student ID, and your NIPES membership number (if applicable) in scholarship application page.
