The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has officially announced the opening of applications for the 2025/2026 Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship program. Approved Fields of Study

The scholarship is available to candidates pursuing postgraduate studies in the following fields:

Only applicants with degrees in these approved courses are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • State of Origin: You must be from one of the Niger Delta states.
  • Academic Qualifications: You must hold a degree from a recognized university with one of the following qualifications:
  • First Class
  • Second Class Upper
  • Second Class Lower
  • Age Limit: Applicants should be no older than 40 years at the time of application.
