Modibbo Adama University Yola Announces 2025 Post-UTME & Direct Entry Screening Dates — How to Apply

YOLA, NIGERIA — Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola has officially opened its doors to prospective students, announcing that registration for the 2025 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening will run from Monday, August 4 to Sunday, August 31, 2025.

The process is open to both UTME and DE candidates who meet the admission requirements, with the university urging applicants to complete their registration early to avoid last-minute issues.

Who Can Apply

You are eligible to apply if you:

• Chose MAU, Yola as your first choice during the 2025 UTME or Direct Entry registration and scored 160 or above in UTME.
• Wish to change your first choice to MAU, Yola (must first do so at any JAMB CBT centre before registering on MAU’s portal).

Step-by-Step Guide to Register

1. Visit the MAU Post UTME portal and click “Apply Here”.
2. Enter your JAMB registration number for verification.
3. Fill in your personal details (phone number, active email, mode of entry, programme).
4. Create and confirm your password.
5. Check your email for a confirmation link and log in.
6. Generate your RRR by clicking “Click to make payment”.
7. Pay the N2,000 screening fee (excluding bank charges) online via ATM card or at any Nigerian commercial bank.
8. Upload:
   • A recent passport photo (max 150kb; PNG/JPG/JPEG).
   • Your scanned signature.
9. Enter your O’Level results (best five relevant subjects as per JAMB brochure, from max. two sittings).
10. Provide a valid result checker PIN for verification.
11. Fill in your next-of-kin and parent/guardian information.
12. Upload all supporting documents — O’Level result, indigene certificate, and birth certificate.
13. Review and confirm your details before submitting.
14. Print your application slip for reference.

Important Information for Applicants

• No physical visit required — payments can be made online or at any bank.
• Screening test date will be announced later.
• False information = Disqualification + Possible prosecution.
• All candidates must upload SSCE or A’Level results on the JAMB portal before admission can be processed.
