Modibbo Adama University (MAU) has announced that certificate collection will officially commence on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, with special attention given to recently convoked graduates. The university urged all eligible graduates to prepare the required documents and payment evidence ahead of the exercise to avoid delays.

According to the university’s Academic Division, certificate collection will start on:

  • Date: Wednesday, February 18, 2026
  • Venue: Academic Division Office, New Admin Block
  • Institution: Modibbo Adama University (MAU)

Graduates are expected to report to the designated office with complete documentation and proof of payment.

MAU Certificate Collection Fee and Payment Method

MAU fixed the certificate collection fee at ₦10,000, payable strictly through the Remita payment platform. Graduates must present valid proof of payment during collection.

Failure to use the approved payment channel may delay processing.

  • A written application letter addressed to the Academic Secretary
  • The original degree statement of result
  • A’ Level certificate (for Direct Entry candidates) or O’ Level certificate(s) or verified copies of statements of results
  • University identity card, or a court affidavit plus one valid national ID:
    • National ID card
    • International passport
    • Voter’s card
  • Evidence of payment of ₦10,000 via Remita

Officials stressed that incomplete documentation may result in postponement of certificate issuance.
