1. Possess at least four credits in NECO, WAEC, GCE O’Level, or an equivalent examination, obtained in no more than two sittings.

3. Present only results already released — awaiting results will not be accepted.
4. Candidates with fewer than five credits must make up the shortfall before completing the programme.

2. Under applications, click on start appication through the application page.
3. Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦5,000 (five thousand naira).
4. After payment, return to the portal and click on Admission → Continue Application REMS on this link.
5. Complete the form online, print it out, and submit it with the following documents:
   • Photocopy of O’Level result
   • Certificate of state of origin (indigene certificate)
   • Birth certificate or age declaration
   • Two recent passport photographs
   • Payment receipt

Submit the documents to the Preliminary Science Office at MOAUM, Makurdi.
