Misau College of Health Science and Technology (MICOHEST) is excited to announce that the sale of admission forms for the 2025 academic session will begin on Monday, April 7, 2025. If you’re passionate about pursuing a career in the health sector, this is your chance to apply for one of the college’s accredited programs online.

Available Programs at MICOHEST

The college offers a wide range of courses that cater to different fields in health sciences. The programs include:

• Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW)
• Diploma in Community Health / CHEW (Fresh and Retrained)
• Diploma in Medical X-ray and Imaging Technology (XRT)
• National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Professional Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM)

Check Entry Requirements

Each program has specific entry requirements, so it’s important to make sure you meet them before applying.

JCHEW Program:

• At least three O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, and Biology.
• Must also have passes in Chemistry and Physics.
• Results must be from no more than two sittings.

CHEW (Fresh), XRT, MLT, HIM Programs:

• At least five O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Results must be from no more than two sittings.

Direct Entry into CHEW:

• Holders of the JCHEW certificate, with the required subjects, may be eligible to enter directly into Level 200 of the CHEW program.

How to Apply Online

Applying to MICOHEST is quick and easy. Follow these steps to complete your online application:

1. Visit the MICOHEST admission portal.
2. Click on ‘Apply Now’ and select ‘New Application’.
3. Enter your name and a valid phone number.
4. Click on ‘Create My Account’ to go to the login page.
5. Log in using your phone number as both your username and password.
6. Confirm your details and provide your email and phone number.
7. Choose your payment option and pay the application fee of ₦6,500.

• Payment can be made via card, bank transfer, USSD, or Visa QR.

1. Once payment is confirmed, fill out the application form and submit it.
2. After submission, click ‘Print Application’ to get a copy of your completed form.

Prepare for the Entrance Exam

After submitting your application, all applicants will be required to take an entrance exam. Make sure to check the MICOHEST admission portal for the exam date.
