Collection begins Monday, December 1, 2025, at the MAU Admission Office, and candidates are expected to appear on their scheduled date with all required documents neatly arranged.

- JAMB UTME Result Slip or DE Registration Printout
- JAMB Admission Letter (Institutional Use + colour copy)

- Indigene Certificate
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Bank teller/receipt for payment of Result Checker pins
- Certificate of Fitness from a government-approved health facility (original copy)
