LAUTECH Announces 2025/2026 Verification and Registration Schedule for Fresh Students
Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) has officially released the timetable and guidelines for its verification and registration exercise for newly admitted students. This exercise is a crucial step that transforms admission letters into full student status on campus.
Key Dates for LAUTECH Verification Exercise
The university has announced that the verification exercise will:
- Commence: Monday, September 27, 2025
- Close: Friday, October 17, 2025
Fresh students are strongly advised to complete the process within this period. Missing the deadline could delay school fees payment, biometric registration, and access to the university portal.
Venue and Daily Schedule
The screening will take place at “The Hall” beside the Postgraduate School between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm daily.
After document verification, students will proceed to the ICT Centre for biometric capturing, which finalizes their matriculation number assignment.
Required Documents for LAUTECH Verification
All newly admitted students must present the following documents during the verification exercise:
- O’ Level results (uploaded on JAMB CAPS)
- A’ Level or equivalent results for Direct Entry candidates (uploaded on JAMB CAPS)
- Original JAMB result slip
- LAUTECH provisional admission letter
- Receipt of admission acceptance fee payment
- Receipt of portal access fee payment
Without these documents, the verification process cannot continue.

Once documents are successfully verified:
- Students will gain access to the LAUTECH student portal.
- Payment of school fees and other required charges can be made.
- Biometric capturing will be carried out at the ICT Centre.
- Matriculation numbers will be issued, confirming official student status.
