The Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) has officially launched its State of Origin Verification Exercise (SOVE) for the 2025/2026 academic session. This is the very first step before you can even dream of Post-UTME registration — and it’s strictly for candidates claiming Lagos State indigene status.
Who Is This For?
You must participate in SOVE if:
- You are from Lagos State
- You selected LASUSTECH as your first-choice institution in JAMB 2025
- You scored 195 or above in UTME
- Or you are applying through Direct Entry
