Lagos State University (LASU) Opens 2025/2026 Post-UTME & Direct Entry Screening Portal — Apply Before July 26!

LAGOS — If LASU is your first-choice university, now is the time to take action. The Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, has officially opened its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening portal for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Whether you’re applying for 100-level admission through JAMB UTME or entering through Direct Entry, this online screening is compulsory. There are no shortcuts.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
You’re eligible for LASU screening if:
- You chose LASU as your first choice in the 2025 UTME
- You scored 195 or above in the UTME
- You will be at least 16 years old by October 1, 2025
Also eligible:
- LASU Pre-Degree candidates who meet the UTME and first-choice requirements
- Direct Entry applicants with a LASU Diploma or NCE (accepted for Education-related courses only)
- Lagos State indigenes who have completed verification with the Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee (IIVC)

How to Apply for LASU Post-UTME/DE Screening
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Go to the official LASU admissions portal
- Click on UTME/DE Screening
- Log in using your UTME registration number and surname
- Click Make Payment and complete your screening fee transaction
- After payment, return to the portal to begin the self-screening process
Self-Screening: What You Must Fill
- Personal bio-data
- Preferred course of study
- UTME subject combination and scores
- O’Level results (maximum of two sittings)
- Upload O’Level results to JAMB CAPS
Note:
- Medicine and Dentistry accept only one sitting
- Aeronautic Engineering and related courses require 6 credits, including Further Mathematics
Final Step: Review all entries, tick the certification box, submit, and download your screening report.
Application Deadline & Important Notes
- Deadline: All applications must be completed by midnight on July 26, 2025
- No changes can be made after submission without extra charges
- Only results obtained on or before July 2025 will be accepted
