Pre-Convocation Events
- Press Conference & Sports Competition
- Date: Thursday, 3 April 2025
- Press Conference Venue: Senate Chamber, Main Campus, Ojo
- Time: 10:00 a.m.

Guidelines for Graduands
- Convocation Package Payment: Visit the LASU Payment Portal to settle the convocation package fee.
- Academic Gown Return: Return gowns by Friday, 11 April 2025 to avoid a daily fine of ₦500.
- Gown Replacement Fee: Lost or damaged gowns will incur a ₦30,000 replacement fee.
- Certificate Pickup: Graduands can collect certificates after returning their gowns.
Ceremony Instructions
- Join the Procession: Graduands must assemble for the procession by 9:00 a.m. to be allowed entry into the auditorium.
- Proper Attire: Faculty Officers will assist in ensuring that hoods and caps are correctly worn.
- Respectful Gesture: Female graduands are required to curtsy, while male graduands should bow without removing their caps.
- No Unauthorised Movement: Photography and movement are restricted during the ceremony.
- Guests: Attendees seated under the canopy outside the auditorium must stand as the procession enters and exits.
Additional Information
- Clearance: Ensure you complete all clearance processes at your Faculty before the convocation to be eligible for certificate collection.
