Lagos State University Announces Certificate Collection Guidelines for Graduates: Key Documents and Dates to Note

Lagos State University (LASU) has released the list of required documents for graduates to collect their certificates. This announcement is for students from the Full-Time, ODLRI, and Sandwich Degree programs at the Ojo Campus, as well as other campuses in Abeokuta, Ilesa, and Oyo. The collection will take place from April 3 to April 10, 2025.

Key Documents Required for Ojo Campus Graduates:

1. Original Notification of Result or Payment Receipt
2. Completed Online Graduating Students Clearance Form
3. Payment Receipt of ₦53,500 (covers certificate and convocation package)
4. Recent Academic Profile
5. Alumni Payment Receipt of ₦1,000
6. Faculty Clearance Form (confirming return or non-collection of academic gown and cap)
7. Valid Means of Identification (such as NIN, Driver’s License, LASSRA, Voter’s Card, or International Passport)

Documents for Graduates from Abeokuta, Ilesa, and Oyo Campuses:

1. Original Notification of Result or Payment Receipt
2. Signed Clearance Letter from Affiliate Institution
3. Proof of Payment for Online Clearance
4. Payment Receipt of ₦53,500 (for certificate and convocation package)
5. Recent Academic Profile
6. Alumni Payment Receipt of ₦1,000
7. Directorate of Sandwich Degree Clearance (to confirm return or non-collection of academic gown and cap)
8. Valid Means of Identification (such as NIN, Driver’s License, LASSRA, Voter’s Card, or International Passport)

Important Reminder:
Graduates should ensure that all necessary documents are prepared before the certificate collection period. Only candidates with complete documentation will be attended to.
