Part-Time HND (Flexible 2-Year Schedule)
Part-time courses mirror full-time options and are available across the following schools:

Admission Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet all the following conditions:
- ND (National Diploma) in a related course with at least Lower Credit
- Five O’Level credits including English & Mathematics (max of 2 sittings)
- One-year industrial training (IT) after ND
- ND Pass holders must show two years of relevant IT experience
Special Guidelines:
- Only ND holders in relevant fields can apply for some HND specializations (e.g., Post-Harvest Tech, Mining Engineering)
- ND Mass Communication holders cannot apply for HND Public Administration
- ND Computer Engineering holders cannot apply for HND Electrical/Electronics or HND Computer Science
- ND Welding and Fabrication holders may apply for HND Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing Option)
JAMB ND Registration is a Must
All full-time applicants must include their JAMB ND registration number during the application. Failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification.
How to Apply for Kwara Poly HND 2025
- Visit the KWARAPOLY application portal
- Choose your programme type: HND Full-Time or Part-Time
- Carefully fill out the application form
- Pay the ₦25,000 application fee via College Pay (Debit/Prepaid card)
- Upload scanned copies of your ND and O’Level results
- Send your ND transcript to:

Important Notes
- Awaiting result candidates will not be considered
- Your name as entered during application cannot be changed later
- NYSC is not available for Part-Time HND graduates
- Application closes Wednesday, July 31, 2025
