The application process for the 2025/2026 academic session is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to begin your journey:

Provide your full name (surname, first name, and middle name), a valid Gmail email address, and your phone number. - Email Verification
A verification link will be sent to your Gmail inbox. Click on the link to verify your email. - Log In and Continue
If you have started your application before, you can log in using this link. - Upload Your Passport Photograph
Ensure your passport photo is not larger than 25KB. - Make Payment
Choose your application category and make a payment of ₦15,000 via the portal. The payment applies to National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or other programmes. - Print Your Payment Receipt
Save a copy of the receipt for future reference. - Complete the Application Form
Fill in the application form with your details, course preferences, and academic qualifications. - Print Required Documents
Ensure you print the completed application form, exam permit slip, and referee form. - Payment Reminder

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission into KWACOTECH, applicants must meet the following criteria:
National Diploma (ND) & Certificate Programmes:
- Five credits in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB, including:
- Mathematics
- English
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Some courses may accept additional subjects like Economics, Geography, or a Nigerian language.
Higher National Diploma (HND):
- Completion of an ND in a related field with at least a lower credit pass.
- Five credits in relevant O’level subjects.
- One year of Industrial Training (IT) experience.
Pharmacy Technician Certification
The Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) offers a refresher course for Pharmacy Technicians who graduated before 2017. Successful candidates will be eligible for Direct Entry into pharmacy programmes at Nigerian universities.
Remedial Studies
Candidates with O’level deficiencies can enroll in a six-month remedial programme. Admission into KWACOTECH is automatic for candidates who achieve a minimum CGP of 2.0 in their O’level subjects or remedy their deficiencies.
