Kaduna State University (KASU) has issued a firm warning to all candidates offered Provisional Admission for the 2025/2026 Academic Session: complete screening and registration by Friday, January 23, 2026, or forfeit the offer.

University officials say the deadline is final, stressing that no extension will be granted under any circumstance. Candidates who fail to comply within the stated timeframe will automatically lose their admission slots.

  2. Upload a clear scanned copy of the JAMB Admission Letter:
    • Go to the dashboard and click “Edit Application.”
    • Scroll to “Document Upload.”
    • Click “Upload” and select the JAMB Admission Letter.
    • Preview and submit to save.
  3. Print the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip from the portal as proof of completion.

Important: Candidates who do not complete these online steps will not be attended to during screening.

Candidates must present originals and copies of the following documents, arranged in the order listed below:

  1. JAMB Admission Letter
  2. Original JAMB Result Slip
  3. O’Level Result(s) (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.)
  4. Valid Scratch Card for the O’Level result used
  5. Two (2) copies of online-generated O’Level result (printed from the official portal)
  6. Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age
  7. Primary School Leaving Certificate
  8. Certificate of Local Government / Indigene Certificate
  9. Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip (from SAFapply portal)
  10. NIN Slip
