1. Department of Radiography Technician
- Program: National Diploma in Medical Image Processing/X-ray Technician
- Duration: 3 years (6 semesters)
2. Department of Community Health
- Programs:
- Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) – 3 years
- National Diploma (ND) in Community Health (JCHEW) – 2 years
3. Department of Medical Laboratory Science
- Program: Medical Laboratory Technician – 3 years
4. Department of Environmental Health
- Programs:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Environmental Health Technology – 2 years
- National Diploma (ND) in Environmental Health Technology – 2 years
- National Diploma (ND) in Public Health Technology – 2 years
- National Diploma (ND) in Epidemiology and Disease Control – 2 years
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- At least five O’Level credit passes, including English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Results must be from WASSCE, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates with awaiting results are also encouraged to apply.
Accredited Courses
The College of Health Technology Gboko offers programs that are fully accredited by reputable national bodies, including:
- Community Health Practitioner Board of Nigeria (CHPBN)
- West Africa Health Examination Board (WAHEB)
- Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
