Important Announcement for FULOKOJA Graduands: Prepare for Your Convocation!
Attention all graduands of the Federal University, Lokoja (FULOKOJA) for the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic sessions! As you gear up for the much-anticipated convocation, it’s crucial to ensure that you complete all necessary steps to avoid any delays.
Check Your Graduation Status and Fees
First things first, confirm your graduation status! Visit the FULOKOJA website to verify your name and eligibility. Remember, all graduands, whether attending the convocation or not, are required to pay the convocation fee.
Convocation Fees:
- Undergraduate Graduands:
- Convocation Fee: N18,000
- Alumni Fee: N2,000
- Total: N20,000
- Postgraduate Graduands:
- Convocation Fee: N25,000
- Alumni Fee: N5,000
- Total: N30,000
- Ph.D. Graduands:
- Gown Purchase: N120,000

Collection and Return of Academic Gowns
Academic gowns will be available starting Monday, October 21, 2024, at your respective faculties. Make sure to bring your payment receipt to collect your gown.
Return Deadline: Gowns must be returned by Tuesday, October 29, 2024, to avoid late return fines. A penalty of N500 per day will apply for any late returns. If you lose your gown, the replacement fee is N35,000 for first-degree graduands and N45,000 for postgraduate graduands.
Rehearsal and Dress Code
Don’t forget the mandatory rehearsal for the Academic Procession! Join us on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at the Convocation Arena, Mini Stadium, Felele.
Dress Code: All graduands must wear the approved academic outfit along with formal English attire:
- Men: Suit, shirt, and tie
- Women: Skirt and blouse, gown, or traditional attire
Payment Information
Payments for convocation materials have been open since Monday, September 30, 2024. Please log into your portal on the FULOKOJA website to complete your payments.
