About the GBfoods Africa Operations Graduate Trainee Programme

The GBfoods Africa Operations Graduate Trainee Programme is a hands-on learning experience designed to prepare recent graduates for leadership roles in the food manufacturing sector. Participants will gain exposure to real business challenges, structured learning, and cross-functional rotations under the mentorship of seasoned industry experts.

This initiative aims to develop the next generation of African food industry leaders who are passionate about sustainability, process innovation, and operational efficiency.

Who Can Apply

The programme welcomes graduates who meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline is an added advantage.
  • Graduated between 2023 and 2025 with at least a First Class or Second Class Upper (or equivalent).
  • Must be from Nigeria, Ghana, or Algeria.
  • Exhibit ambition, curiosity, and a purpose-driven mindset with a passion for sustainable impact.
