FUTIA Post-UTME 2025: Admission Opens for Candidates with 160+ UTME Score
The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi (FUTIA) has officially opened its Post-UTME portal for the 2025/2026 academic session—and they’re welcoming both first-choice applicants and those willing to make FUTIA their new first choice on the JAMB portal.
No stress. Just a few clear steps, and you could be well on your way to joining one of Nigeria’s top emerging tech-driven universities.
Who Is Eligible?
To be eligible to apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Score at least 160 in your 2025 UTME
- Choose FUTIA as your first choice, or be ready to switch to FUTIA on the JAMB CAPS portal
- Have five (5) O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings
If you meet all the above? You’re good to go.

How to Apply — Step-by-Step
Follow these steps carefully to complete your FUTIA Post-UTME application:
- Visit the official FUTIA portal: FUTIA Portal
- Click “Click here to apply”
- Select Undergraduate
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click Get Details
- Provide your email and phone number, then tap Next
- On the next screen, click Make Payment
- Pay using your ATM card (MasterCard, Visa, or Verve)
- Enter the OTP sent to your phone and click Continue
- Return to the portal and click Main Login
- Login with your JAMB Reg. Number and your surname as the password
- Fill out the form, submit, then print your receipt and registration slip

- Awaiting O’Level results? No problem—just upload them quickly at a JAMB-approved CBT centre
