FUTIA Fixes Jan 15 for 2025/2026 Matriculation as Vice-Chancellor Invites New Students, Parents

The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi (FUTIA), Akwa Ibom State, has officially announced the date for its 3rd Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted students of the 2025/2026 academic session, setting the stage for a key milestone in the academic journey of its newest undergraduates.

In a formal notice issued by the university, the ceremony is scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 15, 2026, and will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. at the FUTIA Pavilion.

Mrs. Offiongita E. Nkang, FNIM, FIPMA, will coordinate all activities of the matriculation ceremony.

Her office, the Registry, is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the event, including student documentation, seating arrangements, and official proceedings.
