FUTES-IYIN Confirms January 5 Resumption as Registration Portal Opens December 1
The Federal University of Technology and Environmental Sciences, Iyin-Ekiti (FUTES-IYIN), has officially announced the resumption date for the 2025/2026 academic session, setting the stage for the return of academic activities across the institution.
In a statement released by the university management, all academic activities — including student screening, registration, and orientation exercises — will commence on Monday, January 5, 2026.
The institution also confirmed that the student portal will be activated from December 1, 2025, allowing both new and returning students to begin tuition fee payments and complete all required online registrations ahead of resumption.
University officials urged students to make early use of the portal to avoid last-minute congestion and ensure a smooth start to the new academic year.
With the announcement, FUTES-IYIN becomes one of the earliest federal institutions to release its full timeline for the 2025/2026 academic session, providing students and parents with ample time to prepare.
