FUTA Announces 2025 Graduate Certificate Collection Schedule
Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has released the official timetable for 2025 graduates to collect their certificates. The collection process will run from Monday, 17 November 2025, to Friday, 21 November 2025, with each school assigned a specific day to ensure an orderly and stress-free experience.
The university urges all graduates to strictly follow the schedule, arrive on time, and carry any required identification documents. Collection begins daily at 10 a.m. on the FUTA campus.
Certificate Collection Timetable by School:
- Monday, 17 November 2025 – SESE and SOC
Graduates from the School of Electrical Systems Engineering (SESE) and the School of Computing (SOC) should report on Monday. Ensure you bring any ID documents required for verification. - Tuesday, 18 November 2025 – SPS and SLS
Students from the School of Physical Sciences (SPS) and the School of Life Sciences (SLS) are scheduled for Tuesday. Certificates are organized by school, so attending on the correct day is crucial. - Wednesday, 19 November 2025 – SEMS and SET
Graduates from the School of Earth and Mineral Sciences (SEMS) and the School of Environmental Technology (SET) are expected on Wednesday. Early arrival around 10 a.m. is recommended for smooth processing. - Thursday, 20 November 2025 – SBMS and SIMME
Thursday is designated for the School of Basic Medical Sciences (SBMS) and the School of Infrastructure, Mineral and Materials Engineering (SIMME). Graduates should adhere strictly to this day to avoid delays. - Friday, 21 November 2025 – SAAT
The final collection day is reserved for the School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT). Students missing this day may experience additional delays, as the batch has been specifically organized for Friday.
