The admission covers both full-time and part-time postgraduate programmes under the School of Postgraduate Studies, spanning the College of Science, Computing, Engineering, and Technology.

Programme Duration at FUPRE
The duration of each programme depends on the department and college:
College of Science and Computing
- PGD: 2 – 4 semesters
- M.Sc.: 3 – 6 semesters
- Ph.D.: 6 – 10 semesters
College of Engineering and Technology
- PGD: 4 – 6 semesters
- M.Eng.: 3 – 6 semesters
- Ph.D.: 6 – 12 semesters
These flexible ranges allow students to complete their studies at their own pace, provided they make consistent academic progress.
How to Apply for FUPRE Postgraduate Admission 2025/2026
Applications are strictly online via the FUPRE postgraduate portal. Here are the steps:
- Visit the official FUPRE postgraduate portal.
- Pay the non-refundable processing fee of ₦25,000.
- Fill out the online form carefully and upload all required details.
Deadline: The application window closes on October 31st, 2025.
Required Documents for Application
Applicants must prepare the following documents and submit them in an A4-sized envelope (with full name and application form number written at the back):
- Photocopy of university degree certificate(s)
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
- O’Level results
- Academic transcripts (to be sent directly from the applicant’s previous institution)
- Referee reports (to be submitted online by the referees)
