FUNAAB Announces Schedule for 32nd Convocation Ceremony: A Week of Celebration and Academic Excellence

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), is set to host its highly anticipated 32nd Convocation Ceremony, showcasing the university’s commitment to academic achievement, research, and community impact. The week-long event will celebrate graduates and highlight the university’s contributions to agriculture and society.

    Venue: University Mosque
  • Sunday, 19 January 2025: Interdenominational Service
    Time: 10:00 a.m.
    Venue: Chapel of Grace, FUNAAB
  • Monday, 20 January 2025: Press Conference
    Time: 10:00 a.m.
    Venue: Red Chamber
  • Friday, 24 January 2025: Naming and Commissioning of Monuments
    Time: 10:00 a.m.
    Venue: Various locations on campus
  • Saturday, 25 January 2025: Convocation Lecture and Degree Awards
    Time: 10:00 a.m.
    Venue: Professor Oluwafemi Balogun Ceremonial Building
    Details: The event will include the award of first and higher degrees, as well as postgraduate diplomas.

Convocation Lecture: A Focus on Agricultural Development

One of the highlights of the ceremony will be the Convocation Lecture, delivered by Mr. Mohammed Abu Ibrahim, Executive Secretary of the National Agricultural Development Fund (NADF).
