FUHSO Post UTME & Direct Entry Form 2025/2026: Everything You Need to Know
The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO), has officially opened the sale of its Post UTME and Direct Entry forms for the 2025/2026 academic session.
For thousands of young Nigerians dreaming of a career in health, science, and technology, this announcement is the golden ticket they have been waiting for. The screening exercise will run for just one week, from Monday, 8th September to Monday, 15th September 2025.
FUHSO Programmes and Cut-Off Marks
The university has released the minimum UTME cut-off marks for its programmes. Candidates must meet or exceed these scores to be eligible:
- MBBS (Medicine and Surgery) – 230
- Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) – 210
- Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.) – 200
- Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) – 200
- Public Health and Epidemiology – 180
- Biochemistry – 180
- Microbiology – 180
- Computer Science – 180
- Chemistry – 160
- Biostatistics – 160
- Biological Sciences – 160
- Mathematics – 160
- Physics – 160
Important: Candidates transferring from other universities must update their JAMB profile and choose FUHSO as their first choice institution.
Eligibility Criteria for FUHSO Post UTME / DE
To qualify, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Score at least 160 in UTME and meet the specific cut-off mark for their chosen programme.
- Have five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Upload O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal.
- Be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2025.
- Ensure their UTME subject combination aligns with the chosen programme.
- For Direct Entry (DE):
- Hold IJMB, HND, NCE, OND, or a first degree in relevant fields.
- Upload and verify A’Level results from previous schools.
- Note: Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible.
- Any course change must be done via JAMB before the screening.
How to Apply for FUHSO Post UTME 2025
Application is strictly online, and candidates are advised to follow these steps carefully:
- Pay ₦2,000 via Remita in favour of FUHSO (Service Name: Student Charges).
- Send proof of payment to [email protected].
- A registration link will be sent to your email.
- Fill in the form, upload required credentials, and attach proof of payment.
- Verify all information and submit.
Warning: Applicants who do not meet the requirements should not attempt to register.
