FUBK Publishes 2023/2024 Admission List

The Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) has published the long-awaited admission list for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Candidates who applied for admission into the university’s various undergraduate programs and participated in the post-UTME screening exercise can now check their admission status.

To access the admission list, candidates are required to visit the university’s website at www.fubk.edu.ng, navigate to the admissions portal, and log in with their JAMB registration numbers.

Successful candidates will have their names, admission status, course/department offered, and other necessary details displayed on the portal. They will also receive further instructions on accepting their admission offers and next steps.

The admission exercise was highly competitive, with FUBK receiving over 20,000 applications to fill just 4,500 available spaces across faculties and programs for the new academic session.

A statement by the university management congratulated all admitted candidates while urging them to accept their offers before the stated deadline. Those not admitted were encouraged to explore other opportunities or apply again in subsequent admission cycles.

As a rapidly growing institution focused on academic excellence, FUBK’s admission process adheres strictly to merit, equity, and transparency in line with regulatory guidelines.

University officials have set up dedicated admissions help desks on campus and online platforms to provide prompt support and address inquiries from candidates and parents regarding the admission process.

Newly admitted students are expected to commence registration formalities and prepare for the mandatory orientation program ahead of the official start of the 2023/2024 academic session in October.
