FUBK Announces Registration Guidelines for 2024/2025 Academic Session

The Federal University, Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) has officially announced that the registration process for the 2024/2025 academic session will commence on Monday, January 6, 2025. This registration is compulsory for all newly admitted students.

  1. Print JAMB Provisional Admission Letter
  • Log into the JAMB CAPS portal to accept your admission and print your provisional admission letter.
  1. Generate a Remita Invoice for Acceptance Fee
  1. Pay the Acceptance Fee
  • Make your payment at any commercial bank or online. Afterward, take the payment proof to the Registration Centre for verification.
  1. Confirm Payment at the Registration Centre
  • Verify your payment with the bursary officials at the Student Centre.
  1. Submit Your Documents for Screening
  • Go to the Registration Centre to submit your original documents for screening.
  1. Update Your Bio-Data and E-Confirmation
  • Complete your e-confirmation and bio-data update at the Registration Centre.
  1. Generate a Remita Invoice for Registration Fees
  • Obtain the invoice for your registration fees at the Registration Centre.
  1. Pay the Registration Fees
  • Pay your registration fees at any commercial bank or online, then confirm payment at the bursary.
  1. Collect Your Official Admission Letter
  • Receive your official admission letter from the ICT staff at the Registration Centre, ensuring it is signed by the Admissions Officer.
  1. Collect Your Files
    • Pick up four files from the Registration Centre.
  2. Complete Course Registration
    • Visit your department to obtain and fill out the course registration form, then complete the e-course registration at the Registration Centre.
  3. Make Photocopies of Required Documents
    • Prepare photocopies of all forms and documents as required.
  4. Submit Your Files
    • Submit one file with original documents and three files with photocopies to the Academic Office, Faculty, Department, and Student Affairs Office.
