- Senior Lecturer – PhD with 10 publications and minimum 6 years’ experience.
- Associate Professor – PhD with 15 publications, 9 years’ experience, and lead authorship in 5 papers.
- Professor – PhD with 20 publications, 12 years’ experience, and lead authorship in 10 papers.
Note: A minimum of Second Class Lower at undergraduate level is required for most posts. For medicine-related roles, professional fellowships (FWCP/FMCP) are considered equivalent to PhD.
