Federal Polytechnic Ugep Opens 2025/2026 Post-UTME Screening for ND Courses
Federal Polytechnic Ugep, Cross River State, has officially opened its Post-UTME screening for National Diploma (ND) admission into the 2025/2026 academic session. Prospective students are advised to act fast, as the application window is limited.
Application Deadline:
The application portal opened on Monday, 14 July 2025, and will close on Friday, 19 November 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Available ND Programmes:
Applicants can apply for the following courses:
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Statistics
- Architectural Technology
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Library and Information Science
- Accountancy
- Business Administration
- Hospitality and Tourism
- Public Administration
Note: Hostel accommodation is available for both male and female students.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for the Post-UTME screening, applicants must:
- Be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2025
- Have sat for the 2025 UTME
- Score a minimum of 100 in UTME
- Upload their O’Level result on JAMB CAPS
- Select Federal Polytechnic Ugep as their first choice
Applicants who did not initially choose Ugep can still apply by updating their institution choice on the JAMB portal before 30 September 2025.
Screening Process:
Federal Polytechnic Ugep will not conduct a written test. Screening will be entirely based on submitted O’Level results. Ensure your results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS, or your application will not be reviewed.
How to Apply:
- Pay a ₦2,000 non-refundable application fee via:
- Remita using GIFMIS code 0517018031, or
- Directly at the school’s bursary department
- Confirm you meet course-specific O’Level requirements, including at least five credits, covering English and Mathematics
- Complete and submit your application before 19 November 2025
Important: No extensions will be granted beyond the deadline.
