- Visit any JAMB office to complete the JAMB Part-Time/Distance Learning form.
For HND Applicants
- A National Diploma (ND) with at least a Lower Credit (CGPA of 2.50).
- Relevant O’Level subjects from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE.
- At least one year of relevant work experience after ND.
- ND transcript (for non-Ilaro graduates).
- Participate in an online screening test.

Click “Applicant” > “Generate Invoice” or go directly to the ODFEL Invoice Page
Step 3: Make Payment via Remita
Pay using your invoice at any of the following banks:

- Polaris Bank

- Ilaro Poly Microfinance Bank
- Access Bank
- Zenith Bank
Note: All payments must go through Remita.
Step 4: Fill Out the Online Form
After payment, return to the portal and click “Applicant” > “Fill Application Form”. Complete the form and upload all required documents.
