The Federal Polytechnic Idah (FPI) has officially announced the commencement of its Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you chose FPI as your first choice in JAMB and scored 100 or above, now is the time to act. The application portal opened on August 1, 2025, and will close sharply by 11:59 PM on Sunday, August 31, 2025.

Who’s Eligible to Apply?
To be eligible for the screening, you must:
- Have scored at least 100 in the 2025 UTME.
- Choose Federal Polytechnic Idah as your first choice (or change to it on the JAMB portal).
- Ensure your UTME subject combination matches the course you are applying for.
- Possess five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects, including Math and English.
- You can apply with Awaiting Result, but must upload your results later.
- Upload your O’Level result to JAMB CAPS. Without this, you won’t be screened.
- Use a valid phone number and email – that’s how you’ll get updates.
- Provide authentic documents only – fake credentials will get you disqualified.
Application Fee
- The application costs ₦2,000, payable online during registration.
- No offline payments or shortcuts will be accepted.
How to Apply – Step-by-Step
- Visit the official FPI Post-UTME Portal.
- Click on “Post UTME (Prospective ND Students)”.
- Select “Register Now”.
- Enter a valid email address and phone number to create an account.
- Check your email for login details.
- Return to the login page and sign in.
- Upload a clear passport photograph.
- Pay the ₦2,000 application fee online.
- Fill out the application form and upload the required documents:
- JAMB Result Slip
- O’Level Results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or Statement of Results)
- Submit and print your confirmation slip.
