How to Check Federal Polytechnic Bali Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
Currently, the Federal Polytechnic Bali Admission List can only be accessed through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
Follow these steps carefully to check your status:
- Visit the official JAMB eFacility portal.
- Log in with your registered JAMB email and password.
- Scroll down and click “Check Admission Status.”
- Select “Access My CAPS.”
- Choose “Admission Status” to view if you’ve been offered admission into Federal Polytechnic Bali.
What Each JAMB CAPS Message Means
When checking your status on CAPS, you might see any of the following responses:
- ADMISSION OFFERED: Congratulations! You’ve been admitted. Accept or reject the offer on CAPS.
- ADMISSION IN PROGRESS (AIP): Your admission is being processed; check back soon.
- RECOMMENDED: The school has recommended you for admission — awaiting JAMB approval.
- NOT ADMITTED: You’ve not been offered admission yet; keep checking as updates continue.
- PENDING: Your application is still under review. Be patient and check again later.
Next Steps After Admission Confirmation
If you have been offered admission:
- Log in to JAMB CAPS and click Accept or Reject admission.
- Visit an approved JAMB CBT Centre for biometric confirmation, or simply send “ACCEPT” or “REJECT” via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using your registered phone number.
- After accepting, print your JAMB Admission Letter immediately.

If you’re checking your status on a mobile phone and only see a “Welcome” message on CAPS, switch your browser to Desktop Mode.
