Who Can Apply?

You are eligible to apply if:

• You scored at least 150 in the 2025 UTME
• You selected Federal Polytechnic Ilaro as your first choice
• You are 16 years or older

Didn’t choose Ilaro Poly initially? No worries! You can still apply by visiting the JAMB portal to do a change of institution to Ilaro.

How to Apply for Ilaro Poly Post-UTME 2025

Step 1: Start Online

Visit the official website of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro from Tuesday, 15th July, 2025 at:
 official Ilaro Polytechnic website 

Step 2: Pay the Screening Fee

You must pay a non-refundable ₦2,000 screening fee via Remita.
Approved banks include:

• UBA, WEMA, SKYE, UNION, Access, Zenith, and
• Federal Poly Ilaro Micro-Finance Bank

Step 3: Fill and Submit Application

1. Visit the College Portal
2. Click “New Application”
3. Select “Generate Invoice” and fill in your details
4. Print the invoice and proceed to pay at the bank (get your RRR number)
5. Return to the portal
6. Click “Fill Application Form”
7. Enter your RRR number, complete the form

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

Ensure all documents are clear and correctly labeled before uploading:

• A recent passport photograph (less than 50kb)
• Your UTME result slip
• O’Level result(s) (WAEC, NECO, etc.)
• Awaiting result? You can still apply. Just include your exam year and registration number

After uploading, submit and print your Acknowledgement Slip — this will be needed during screening.

• Use your personal email and phone number during registration
• Ensure all uploads are legible and properly scanned
• False, incomplete, or incorrect data may lead to disqualification
• You can update your results later if they’re not ready yet
