The Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology (FCMLST), Jos, is now accepting Post-UTME applications from eligible candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you’re aiming to study Medical Laboratory Technology or Environmental Health Technology, this could be your golden opportunity.

Who Can Apply?

You are eligible if:

• You selected FCMLST Jos as your first choice in the 2025 UTME and scored at least 100
• You didn’t choose FCMLST initially, but now wish to? Simply:
  • Log in to your JAMB portal
  • Do a Change of Institution to FCMLST Jos
  • Then proceed to apply

Entry Requirements

To qualify, you must have five (5) O’Level credits in not more than two sittings, including:

• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics
• English Language
• Mathematics

Accepted exam bodies: WAEC, NECO, or GCE
Candidates using “Awaiting Results (AR)” are not eligible to apply.

How to Pay the Application Fee

The Post-UTME form costs ₦2,000 (non-refundable). Follow these steps:

1. Go to Remita’s homepage
2. Click “PAY TSA & STATE” → then “PAY FGN”
3. Under Who to Pay, select:
   FCMIST Jos – 052102704200
4. Fill in:
   • Amount: ₦2,000
   • Full name, phone number, and email
   • Leave GIFMIS Code as Nil
   • Description: Post-UTME Form
5. Choose your payment method (card, bank, etc.)
6. Save the Remita receipt

How to Apply Online

After making payment:

1. Visit college website
2. Click “Admissions”, then go to the admission form page
3. Click “Register Now”
4. Choose Post-UTME as your application type
5. Fill out the form and upload your Remita payment receipt

Documents Required for Screening

Bring the following items during screening:

• Original JAMB result slip
• Recent passport photograph
• Certificate of State of Origin
• Remita payment receipt

Candidates who fail to register will not be screened or considered for admission.
