FCMLST Jos Announces ND II Direct Admission (Recertification) for 2025/2026 Session
The Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology (FCMLST), Jos, has officially opened applications for its ND II Direct Admission (Recertification) programme for the 2025/2026 academic year.

According to the College, the following categories of applicants are eligible:
- Holders of an Ordinary Diploma (OD) in Medical Laboratory Technology or related fields from a recognized institution.
- Licensed Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) or professionals with valid certificates who wish to upgrade to an academic qualification.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must provide:
- An OD certificate.
- A valid MLT licence.
- Five credit passes in Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics, and Physics in GCE, WAEC, or NECO (not more than two sittings).
The ND II Recertification programme will run for one full academic year.
How to Apply for FCMLST ND II Direct Admission
Candidates are required to pay a ₦10,000 non-refundable application fee via the Remita platform. Below are the steps:
- Visit the Remita Home Page.
- Select PAY TSA & STATE → PAY FGN.
- Under “Who to Pay,” choose FCMLST Jos 052102704200 and specify what the payment covers.
- Fill in payer’s details (name, phone, email, and amount).
- Enter “NII” under GIFMIS code and provide a short description.
- Select a preferred payment method (debit card or bank branch).
- Generate the Remita receipt and keep the code safe.
Important Dates
- Closing date for applications: Tuesday, 30th September 2025.
- Screening & registration: 1st – 3rd October 2025 at 10:00 am daily in the College Assembly Complex.
Applicants are expected to bring along:
- Original documents,
- Passport photographs,
- Remita payment receipt.
