FCMLST Jos 2024/2025 Post-UTME: Application Now Open for National Diploma Programmes

The Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology (FCMLST), Jos, is now accepting applications for its Post-UTME screening for the 2024/2025 academic session. Available Programmes at FCMLST Jos

The College offers two National Diploma programmes:

1. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
2. Environmental Health Technology (EHT)

These programmes are designed to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills needed for a successful career in the health and environmental sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the FCMLST Post-UTME, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• JAMB Score: Applicants must have chosen FCMLST, Jos as their first choice and scored at least 140 in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME.
• Candidates who scored 140 or above but did not choose FCMLST, Jos can still apply by changing their institution choice to FCMLST via the JAMB Website.
• O’Level Requirements: You must have five O’Level credits (Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics, and Physics) from GCE/NECO or WAEC, obtained in no more than two sittings.
• All O’Level results must be within five years of application.

The course duration for both programmes is two years.

Application Process

To complete your application, follow these steps:

1. Obtain the Application Form: Fill in accurate details.
2. Attach Required Documents: Include your credentials and submit your application to:

• Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology
• P.M.B. 2253, Jos, Plateau State

Screening and Registration Details

• Screening Dates: From 16th December 2024 to 17th January 2025.
• Venue: College Assembly Complex, FCMLST, Jos.
• Time: All applicants should report by 10:00 AM on the scheduled dates.

Payment of Acceptance Fee

Successful candidates will need to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of N20,000 via the Treasury Single Account (TSA).

How to Make Payment via Remita:

1. Visit the Remita.
2. Select PAY TSA & States, then choose PAY FGN.
3. Under Who to Pay, select Federal School of Medical Laboratory Jos 052102704200.
4. Choose the service type (e.g., school fees or hostel accommodation).
5. Enter Nil for the GIFMIS code and provide payment details.
6. Submit the form, complete the payment, and generate your receipt with the Remita code.
