Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, is gearing up to host its highly anticipated 29th Convocation Ceremony, set to honor graduates from both the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic sessions. This year’s event promises a series of engaging activities, including academic lectures, sports, social gatherings, and ceremonial conferrals of degrees, all designed to celebrate the hard work and achievements of the university’s graduating class.

Important Information for Graduates
Academic Robes and Payments
Graduates can begin collecting academic robes from Faculty Officers starting March 17, 2025. All payments must be made via the EKSU Portal.
Payment Process
- Visit the EKSU Portal and create a profile under the Certificate/Transcript section.
- Select your graduation year and degree type (First Degree, Master’s, PhD, etc.).
- Click “Apply Now,” then “Pay Now” to complete payment with an ATM card.
- Keep the payment receipt for your records.
Note: Payments must be completed by March 24, 2025, to avoid extra charges.
Certificate Collection
Graduates who complete their clearance and payment can collect their certificates immediately after the ceremony.
Required Documents for Clearance
- Original Statement of Result/Notification of Result
- Student ID or Department Identification Letter
- Two Recent Passport Photographs
- Evidence of Payment
- Clearance from the University
