Edo State College of Nursing Sciences Opens Applications for 2025/2026 Community Nursing & Midwifery Programmes
The Edo State College of Nursing Sciences (EDOCNS) has officially opened its online application portal for the 2025/2026 Community Nursing and Community Midwifery programmes, inviting qualified candidates across Nigeria to apply.
The announcement, released by the institution on Monday, is expected to attract hundreds of aspiring healthcare professionals seeking an affordable and credible pathway into community health practice.
Two-Year Programmes Designed for Modern Community Healthcare
Both the Community Nursing and Community Midwifery programmes run for two years and are open to male and female applicants who meet the academic requirements.
The college says the programmes are structured to equip students with the skills needed to serve in primary healthcare centres, rural communities, and other grassroots health environments.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must present five O’Level credits in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Mathematics
These credits must be obtained from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, in no more than two sittings.

A non-refundable application fee of ₦20,500 is payable during the online registration process.
