Organized in collaboration with prestigious Brazilian institutions—including the Federal University of Bahia, Instituto Hoju in Rio de Janeiro, and the Laboratory of African Studies at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro—the conference invites researchers to submit papers on a variety of compelling topics, such as:

- Postgraduate Students: N15,000
- Foreign Participants: $20
