In a memorandum dated January 30, 2026, the Registrar, Efedi Chukwuemeke, directed that all staff and students be notified of the ceremony. The matriculation marks the formal induction of freshers into the polytechnic, emphasizing the importance of full attendance for all newly admitted students.
