DESPO ND SPAT Admission 2025/2026: Apply Now for Part-Time National Diploma Without 100+ UTME Score

Delta State Polytechnic Otefe-Oghara (DESPO) has officially opened its portal for the 2025/2026 ND Regular II (SPAT) admission. This is great news for UTME candidates who scored below 100 and still wish to earn a National Diploma (ND) through part-time study.

If you have five O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics, this opportunity could be your path to securing admission—even if DESPO wasn’t your first-choice institution.

What is the DESPO ND Regular II (SPAT) Programme?

SPAT stands for School of Part-Time Studies. It allows students to study and earn a National Diploma (ND) through a flexible schedule—ideal for working individuals or candidates who didn’t meet the full-time UTME requirements.
