1. College Provost
- Qualifications: PhD and at least 10 years as a registered educator with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). MSc holders with sufficient teaching experience may also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in university or college administration.
- Tenure: 5 years, renewable.
- Salary: Minimum pay for a University Senior Lecturer at CONUASS 5, plus administrative allowances.
2. Head of Department (Nursing)
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years as a Registered Nurse Educator and 2 years in academic administration.
- Tenure: 3 years, renewable.
- Salary: Minimum pay for University Lecturer I at CONUASS 4, plus administrative allowances.
3. Head of Department (Midwifery)
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Midwifery, Maternal and Child Health Nursing, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Registered Midwife Educator, including 2 years administrative experience.
4. Head of Department (Public Health)
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public Health Nursing, Maternal and Child Health Nursing, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Registered Public Health Nurse Educator and 2 years in administration.
