Chi Farms Opens 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme for Young Nigerians
Chi Farms Limited, a subsidiary of the TGI Group, has announced the opening of its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, giving young Nigerian graduates the chance to build careers in agribusiness.
For decades, Chi Farms has been a major player in Nigeria’s agricultural sector, with operations spanning poultry, aquaculture, hatcheries, food processing, and frozen food distribution. Now, the company is calling on fresh graduates to join its mission of driving food security and sustainable farming across Nigeria and West Africa.
What’s in the programme?
Unlike many office-based schemes, Chi Farms’ trainee programme is designed for hands-on learning. Successful candidates will work directly with industry experts and gain practical experience in:
- Animal Production
- Hatchery Operations
- Food Processing
- Sales & Marketing
- Quality Assurance
This setup allows trainees to understand the agricultural value chain from start to finish, while also discovering the areas that align with their passion.
Who can apply?
Chi Farms is looking for energetic and passionate young graduates who meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit in Agriculture, Animal Science, Aquaculture, Food Science, or related courses.
- A genuine interest in agribusiness and sustainable agricultural practices.
