• Have at least five O’Level credits in SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, or an equivalent.

• Results can be from one or two sittings.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Apply

Applying is simple and completely online. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Visit the  Bells University application portal.
2. Click “Create an Account” and enter your name, email, and password.
3. Check your email for an activation link, then log in.
4. On login, select JUPEB on the payment page and pay via the Upperlink platform.
5. If not redirected, use the payment verification tab to confirm payment.
6. Fill in the application form with your O’Level details.
7. Review carefully before submitting. (Note: You cannot edit personal info or photo after submission.)
8. Submit, download, and print your form.
9. Later, use the Login button to check your admission status and screening details.
