The gates of Babcock University are set to reopen, and the management has officially released the resumption schedule, requirements, and contact details for students ahead of the 2025/2026 academic session.

To avoid last-minute confusion, the University is urging students to take note of the staggered resumption dates and important rules.


Who Resumes and When?

To ensure orderliness and reduce overcrowding, resumption has been spread across different dates for various levels:

  • Year 3 Students: Monday & Tuesday, September 1–2, 2025
  • Year 2 Students: Wednesday & Thursday, September 3–4, 2025
  • Year 4 and 5 Students: Monday to Thursday, September 8–11, 2025

Key Reminders for All Students

Babcock management has issued some must-follow rules every student should take seriously:

  • Complete your registration before arrival—don’t wait till the last minute.
  • On arrival, proceed directly to your hall of residence.
  • Present your student receipt or proof of payment to collect your room key.
  • Only students who have paid fees in full (or have enough balance in their accounts) will be allowed into hostels.
