HND Admission Requirements
To qualify for Auchi Polytechnic’s HND programmes, candidates must meet the following conditions:
1. ND Admission via JAMB:
You must have gained admission into your ND programme through JAMB. No JAMB registration number or admission letter means you’re ineligible.
2. ND Certificate:
You must hold a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field from Auchi Polytechnic or a recognized institution.
3. O’Level Requirements:
- Five (5) credits in one sitting, or
- Six (6) credits in two sittings
- Must include English Language and Mathematics
- Acceptable exam bodies: WAEC, NECO, NABTEB
Additional Subject Requirements
Some departments require specific O’Level subjects:
- Mass Communication: Credit in Literature in English
- Accountancy & Business Admin: Credit in Economics or Commerce
- Estate Management & Urban Planning: Credit in Economics or Geography
Industrial Experience
