ASCOEA–UNIMAID Graduates: 2023/2024 Statements of Result Now Ready for Collection
The Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare (ASCOEA), in affiliation with the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID), has officially announced that the 2023/2024 undergraduate statements of result are ready for collection.
The announcement follows the Senate approval of results by the University of Maiduguri, confirming the successful completion of the academic evaluation process.
According to the college management, graduates can begin collecting their statements of result from Monday, October 27, 2025, at the School of Undergraduate Studies, ASCOEA campus, Azare.
Collection Procedure at ASCOEA
To ensure a smooth collection process, the college outlined the following steps for all graduates:
- Payment: Graduates must pay a non-refundable fee of ₦27,500 only through the Remita payment platform.
- Proof of Payment: Present your payment receipt at the School of Undergraduate Studies before collection.
- Outstanding Obligations: Ensure that all financial or administrative obligations to the college are fully cleared before your visit.
Note: No statement of result will be issued without verified proof of payment.
Payment and Certificate Information
The college clarified that the ₦27,500 fee covers both the statement of result and the certificate processing fee.
This means graduates of the ASCOEA–UNIMAID affiliation who follow this process will not need to make separate payments for their certificates.
Graduates are strongly encouraged to complete the collection early to avoid long queues or delays as the collection period progresses.
