Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Releases 2025/2026 Batch 2 and Supplementary HND Admission List
The management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has officially announced the release of the Batch 2 and Supplementary 1 HND Admission Lists for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The lists contain names of candidates who have been offered provisional admission into various HND programmes across different departments of the institution.
According to the management, candidates are urged to check their admission status immediately using any of the official methods provided by the polytechnic.

The full admission list has been published on the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Facebook page.
Candidates can simply visit the page and browse through the uploaded list to confirm their names.
2. Through the Online Admission Portal
To check your admission status via the school’s official portal:
- Visit the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic admission portal.
- Enter your application number in the required field.
- Click “Verify Account” to access your HND admission status.
3. On the Campus Notice Board
For those close to the campus, the admission lists are also displayed on the notice board at the main campus in Ikot Osurua.
Next Steps for Admitted Candidates
After confirming admission, successful candidates are advised to proceed with the following steps immediately:
- Complete the Bio Data Form: Visit any nearby cybercafé to fill out the online Bio Data form correctly.
- Pay Acceptance Fee: Make a non-refundable acceptance fee payment of ₦15,000 after confirming your admission.
- Departmental Clearance: Report to your respective departments for final verification and documentation.
The management further advised newly admitted students to complete all registration procedures promptly to secure their spots before the next round of admissions begins.
