The Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare, also known as the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Azare, has officially opened applications for its 2025/2026 Post-UTME admission into the National Diploma (ND) in Nursing Sciences.
Who Can Apply for Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Post-UTME?
To be considered for admission into the ND Nursing programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- O’Level Requirements: A minimum of five (5) credit passes in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Accepted examination bodies: WAEC or NECO (maximum of two sittings) or NABTEB (only one sitting allowed).
- JAMB Requirement: Candidates must have chosen Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, FUHSTH Azare as their first choice during their JAMB UTME registration.
How to Get the Post-UTME Form
Unlike many institutions offering online application, forms for the Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Post-UTME are only available in person. Interested candidates must visit:
